The Business Law Journal publishes scholarly articles written and submitted by academics, practitioners, professors of law, and students.  Articles will cover currently relevant corporate and business topics, including but not limited to, bankruptcy, commercial real estate, banking, mergers & acquisitions, and Sarbanes-Oxley.

The mission of The Business Law Journal is to reinforce Rutgers Law School’s commitment to providing diversity and excellence in legal education.  As such, The Journal continually strives to be a premier business law resource on the Internet.
